Safety, Regulation and the Environment
The Company renewed our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for quality management systems and added both ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Systems. NovaBiotics has again demonstrated our commitment to meeting or exceeding all relevant legislation as we carry out the research, development and administrative tasks required to deliver the Company’s products from invention to commercialisation.
Education and the Local Community
NovaBiotics is committed to providing learning opportunities for team members to develop and enhance their continuing professional development.
NovaBiotics is actively engaged in a number of programmes promoting biomedical research and commercial-academic links with both of Aberdeen’s universities as well as some further afield.
Through our links with local Academies and various education programmes, we promote the science career opportunities available to local pupils; both through site visits to NovaBiotics and going to visit schools.
We remain passionate about developing the next generation of local science talent.
